3 days Murchison Falls Safari/trip will you bring closer to the Rhinos in the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary before you continue on to Budongo Rain Forest. An evening game drive to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Uganda’s largest Savannah park and see lots of wildlife that include kobs, elephants and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe and a number of storks and pelican not forgetting the experience of the fastest water falls in the world-the Murchison Falls.

PROGRAM

Day 1: Pick up and Drive to Murchison Falls national park

Start a morning with a warm breakfast then, our guide will pick you from your accommodation in Kampala or Entebbe and drive to Murchison Falls National park via the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking. The highlight of this park includes the roaring rapids of Murchison falls national park. Have lunch in en-route before continuing via Karuma to reach later in the afternoon at the lodge, an evening game drive is so rewarding as it will bring you closer to the wildlife as they mingle for a night.

Day 2: Morning game drive and Afternoon Launch cruise

Wake up in the morning for a cup of hot coffee or tea and drive to the open savannah to see wildlife. The drive will take you up to the delta where the river Nile pours to the Lake Albert. After the drive, you take an afternoon boat trip to the bottom of the falls where you see lots of wildlife that include; Hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, elephants and many birds thereafter hike to the top of the falls to have the exclusive view and experience. You will have an opportunity to take thousands of pictures, so carry your camera with you if you like.

Day 3: Bonus Morning game drive and departure

We wake up early for the morning game drive to catch the early risers before they go back to their hide outs. Or you will drive to the top of the falls where the Nile water compresses into a narrow gorge down through a 7-meter canyon forming a thunderous roar and a beautiful rainbow in a plume of spray- the water of the Nile River! Later drive to Kampala/Entebbe for your flight back home.
