8 Days best of Kenya & Zanzibar takes you to the famous Maasai Mara to the stunning island known for culture, relaxation, history and adventurous.
Detailed itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival Nairobi:
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your Nairobi hotel for an overnight stay on (Bed & Breakfast).
Day 2 – Nairobi to Naivasha:
Pick up from your hotel after breakfast and drive to Lake Naivasha region arriving in good time for lunch after lunch you will be free to sample local excursions provided at an extra cost. Dinner and overnight stay at your booked hotel.
Day 3 – Naivasha to Maasai Mara:
Early breakfast then depart to the world-famous Reserve the Maasai Mara, arrival at your lodge will be time for lunch. After lunch, you will have some good moments to refresh and relax. At around 16h00 you will depart for the first game drive in the reserve to search for the big game and other wildlife found in Masai mara. In the evening you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 – Maasai Mara Full Day:
Full day in Masai mara game Reserve to experience the great wildebeest migration and to see a diverse collection of wildlife in their natural habitat. Masai mara reserve which is the northern extension of the Serengeti and its rolling plain is home to hundreds of plain games. You can also decide to view Masai mara reserve at bird’s view eye atop a balloon safari by paying for some extras, all meals at your booked lodge or Camp.
Day 5 – Maasai Mara – Nairobi – Zanzibar:
Depart Amboseli after breakfast and drive to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon, lunch at the carnivore restaurant thereafter transfer to the Airport for your international flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met by our representative you will be given a short briefing and transfer to your booked beach Hotel.
Day 6 & 7 – Zanzibar Full Day:
Two Full days at leisure in your beach hotel to enjoy the hotel facilities and sample the white sandy beaches of Zanzibar, you will also have time to sample the various excursions available by booking directly with the hotel reception for some extra money. Your meal plan is on Half board basis.
Day 8 – Zanzibar Beach Hotel to Zanzibar Airport:
You will check out of your hotel room by 10.00 Am as per policy, depending on your return flight details you will be transferred to the Airport for your flight back home.
